TBICoE Clinical Recommendation Training Series: Neuroimaging Following Concussion

As a TBI health care provider, you know how important it is to stay current on best practices in this dynamic field. Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence subject matter experts have developed a year’s worth of new trainings on our clinical recommendations. This new training series will occur monthly. TBICoE's network dissemination coordinators will cover TBI clinical recommendations on headaches, dizziness and visual disturbances, and neuroimaging in future months.

This TBICoE training dives into the Neuroimaging Following Concussion clinical recommendation, a concise and interactive clinical algorithm with guidance on imaging modalities in the acute and post-acute timeframes. This clinical recommendation allows primary care managers to make an informed, evidenced-based decision regarding whether imaging is indicated following a concussion.
