The Human Performance Resources by CHAMP translates Human Performance Optimization research about physical and mental performance, nutrition, and relationship fitness into practical information for Warfighters, their families, and those in the field of HPO who support them. Operation Supplement Safety
Operation Supplement Safety is the DOD resource for dietary supplement safety. OPSS is a DOD-wide effort, including partnerships with other government and professional organizations, to provide evidence-based, up-to-date information on dietary supplements. OPSS educates Military Service Members and retirees, their family members, leaders, healthcare providers, and DOD civilians about dietary supplements and gives them the tools to be informed supplement users—or non-users.
