Providers are crucial to successful transitions for service members and veterans receiving psychological health care. inTransition supports providers to ensure a seamless process for service members to maintain continuity of care. Request a Presentation
Providers can request a presentation about inTransition for their clinic, program, or military treatment facility. Web-based presentations, video teleconferences, and onsite briefings are available. To request a presentation, send an email to: dha.ncr.j-9.mbx.intransition@health.mil.

Order Free Materials
Providers can also order free inTransition materials to have in their clinics or share with their patients.
How to Order
Please email your request for materials and specify:
- Title(s) and quantity requested (in multiples of 25)
- Your name, title, and telephone number
- Mailing address for receipt of materials
Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of receipt, but it can take up to 15 days until you receive it. An inTransition team member will be in touch to finalize your order.
