Immunization Tracking Systems

Army

Medical Protection System (MEDPROS)
(CAC Authentication Required)

MEDPROS provides for the data entry and reporting/tracking of medical and dental readiness information for Soldiers, Units, and Task Forces. The primary users of the MEDPROS online applications are the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) locations, Medical Treatment Facilities, National Guard State and Army Reserve RRC Surgeon's Offices, and unit Commanders at all levels who need to monitor the Medical Readiness status of their subordinate units and Soldiers. MEDPROS also provides every Soldier with alerts as to their Individual Medical Readiness status.

As an important part of the Medical Operational Data System (MODS), MEDPROS contains four key modules:

  • Individual Medical Readiness (IMR)
  • Immunization Tracking System (ITS)
  • Deployment Health Assessments
    • Pre- (DD2795)
    • Post- (DD2796)
    • Post-Deployment Health Re-assessments (DD2900)
  • Periodic Health Assessments

If you have difficulty accessing or using this system, contact MEDPROS at (877) 256-6477 or via email at usarmy.ncr.hqda-otsg.mbx.mods-helpdesk@health.mil. Hours of operation: 0600-1800 EST Mon-Fri, 0700-1700 Sat-Sun.

Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard

Medical Readiness Reporting System (MRRS)
(CAC Authentication Required)

MRRS is the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard’s tool designed to record and track Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) elements to include immunizations, dental status, laboratory tests, and physical exams such as periodic health assessments, deployment health status, pregnancies, illnesses, and injuries. MRRS is a web-based, real-time application with a central aggregating database, which links with existing authoritative data systems for personnel tracking including the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) and Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS). MRRS gives headquarters staffs and leadership a real-time view of Force Medical Readiness and immunization status.

If you have difficulty accessing or using this system, contact MRRS at (800) 537-4617.

Air Force, Space Force

Aeromedical Services Information Management System (ASIMS)
(CAC Authentication Required)

ASIMS is a web-based application used by the Department of the Air Force and Space Force (DAF) for the management of Individual Medical Readiness; immunizations for uniformed members, deploying civilians and occupational health workers; deployment medical processing; occupational health; physical and mental assessments; medical profiles; flyer grounding management; quarters; Personal Reliability Assurance Program notifications; medical clearances; and separation health physical exams. It has links to existing authoritative data systems including the Air Force Personnel System, Military Health System Immunization Tracking and Reporting, and the Defense Readiness Reporting System. It supports military treatment facilities, Guard and Reserve clinics, DAF commanders, DAF leadership and all DAF service members; at both fixed and deployed settings.

If you have difficulty accessing or using this system, contact ASIMS at 210-819-1255 or email at usaf.jbsa.afmsa.mbx.hid-helpdesk@health.mil.

Navy (Fleet)

SNAP (Shipboard Non-Tactical ADP Program) Automated Medical System (SAMS)

SAMS serves as the primary tool for reporting and tracking immunizations for Navy and Military Sealift Command fleet assets. SAMS is not a web-based system. SAMS data is uploaded (via email or other means) to Navy Medicine Online for eventual transfer to the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) repository.
