For OPPS, non-OPPS, and professional providers through Sept. 30, 2015, payment is excluded for procedures that are designated as "Inpatient Only."
Beginning Oct. 1, 2015, the inpatient only list shall no longer apply to the services rendered by individual professional providers. The following list of HCPCS Codes specifies those services that are paid only when provided in an inpatient setting. See the TRICARE Reimbursement Manual for TRICARE's policy regarding the Inpatient Only List.
