The Global Trigger Tool in the Military Health System: An Implementation Guide for Inpatient Facilities provides the services and military treatment facilities leaders and staff with a resource for understanding what GTT is and how it will be implemented in the MHS. The Guide explains how military hospitals and clinics can use GTT data to measure, trend and assess harm; and how to leverage that data to inform patient safety improvements and prevent future patient harm events.
