To begin using a ScriptCenter, beneficiaries must complete a simple one-time enrollment at the ScriptCenter kiosk and will need a current prescription number.

To retrieve prescriptions from a ScriptCenter, beneficiaries simply scan their military ID card (Common Access Card or Uniformed Services ID Card), and enter their date of birth or utilize their fingerprints to unlock their medications.
ScriptCenter is mainly for prescription refill pickup. Some sites utilize ScriptCenter for new prescription pickup, same day surgery pickup service, staff-only prescription pickup, or any combination of these services.
Beneficiaries can pick up prescriptions any time after the time provided in AudioCARE or TRICARE Online, up to the Return-to-Stock date established by individual site (typically 7-10 days).
