The workplace can be filled with changes, pivots, and new demands which requires nimble skillsets.
The Defense Health Agency Education and Training Directorate, Enterprise Professional Development Department, offers its E3 or Educate – Equip – Elevate program to support DHA employees rising to meet these challenges.
The E3 Program helps employees improve their leadership and management capacity, as well as their interpersonal and non-technical workplace skills through virtual instructor-led sessions.
In these engaging one-hour virtual sessions, employees gain tools to adapt in the ever-changing workplace through our three E's:
- Educate. Develop and prepare DHA employees to perform a wide range of tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Equip. Provide DHA employees with researched-based leading practices and a variety of approaches to solve problems and accomplish goals with autonomy.
- Elevate. Upskill DHA employees by capitalizing on potential to broaden the skills and scope of individual and team impact.
E3 Program sessions are open to all DHA employees: Networks, Civilians, Military Personnel and Contract Support Personnel.
