Program Description

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine fellowship program offers a well-rounded experience in managing diverse pulmonary diseases and critical care conditions. This is achieved through rotations in the ICU, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinics. By the end of the program, fellows will be proficient in diagnostic assessments and key procedures for independent practice. These procedures include bronchoscopy, chest tube/thoracentesis placement, airway management/intubation, central/arterial line placement, pulmonary artery catheter placement, and critical care ultrasonography.
