Program Description

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), offers a fully accredited four-year Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program, providing robust clinical training across university, private, and military hospital settings in Las Vegas. Our diverse training sites and outpatient clinics ensure residents gain comprehensive experience caring for a wide range of patient populations. We strive to create a supportive environment where passionate residents can excel in providing compassionate care. Our dedicated faculty and fast-paced collaborative setting make our program highly competitive. Residents who succeed with us embrace the challenges of caring for diverse patient populations, including county, indigent, military, immigrant, and private patients. With approximately 5,000 high-risk deliveries annually, our program offers extensive training in obstetrics and gynecology. We seek residents committed to teaching, as we prioritize providing excellent clinical rotations for medical students. Our graduates possess in-depth knowledge and broad surgical experience, reflected in our 100% first-time board pass rate.
