Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center is comprised of approximately 1,400 personnel who are dedicated to providing preventive, emergency and acute care services for approximately 22,000 active duty personnel and their dependents. Health care services are also provided directly or coordinated for more 40,000 retirees and other eligible beneficiaries on a space-available basis. | Visit Us Online

The 1st Special Operations Medical Group provides the highest quality medical care, community and workplace medical surveillance, and preventive medicine to over 15,000 beneficiaries. The 4th Medical Group, also known as the Thomas Koritz Clinic and Paul Kiecker Dental Clinic, serves a prime service area population of more than 35,000 beneficiaries. The group is a unit of the 4th Fighter Wing in Air Combat Command with 310 assigned military, civilian and contractor personnel providing dental and outpatient primary and specialty care. Staff operate in both the in-garrison and contingency environments supporting the Combat Air Forces’ largest flying hour program, F-15E Strike Eagle wing, maintenance group and total force integration structure. | Visit Us Online

The 9th Medical Group supports worldwide operational readiness and the U-2/RQ-4 high-altitude mission of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing and responds to medical contingencies worldwide. The 45th Medical Group supports the 45th Space Wing, Cape Canaveral AF Station and 35 tenant partners by offering ambulatory medical service to 54,000 eligible beneficiaries. The Medical Group provides the following patient care services: pediatrics, limited gynecological services, family health, flight medicine, medical standards, immunization, general dentistry, physical therapy, optometry, mental health, substance abuse, family advocacy, diagnostic imaging, laboratory and pharmacy. The 72d Medical Group supports the wartime and in-garrison medical capabilities for HQ Air Force Sustainment Center, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, the 72d Air Base Wing, and more than 45 associate units assigned to six major commands, including the second largest flying associate wing in Air Combat Command, the Navy's Strategic Communications Wing ONE and several Defense agencies. The 96th Medical Group provides comprehensive medical care to approximately 92,000 eligible beneficiaries (active duty military members, retirees, and their families). The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission. It currently has a six-bed intensive care unit and a 53-bed facility. The 355th Medical Group ensures combat medical readiness of the Desert Lightning Team for global contingencies. In addition to training and equipping and manning 25 mobility teams, we strive to promote the health and wellness of the Davis-Monthan community by meeting the health care needs of our 47,000 eligible DOD beneficiaries. The 366th Medical Clinic provides medical services to support the combat capability of the 366th Fighter Wing at deployed locations and the Mountain Home Air Force Base community. The clinic is accredited by The Joint Commission and College of American Pathologists, and has affiliations with the Emergency Care Research Institute. We provide health care through more than 95,000 patient encounters annually, with a medical team comprised of 287 active duty service members, civilians and contract personnel.
