OpenAthens Registration

OpenAthens provides remote or off-network access to library resources. OpenAthens also allows access to resources for users at their military treatment facility who still experience problems connecting to resources. There are different OpenAthens accounts based on facility location. There are different eligibility requirements for each location.

Ask your medical library staff – you may have a different remote access method available. Check here to see if you have a medical library.

Choose the OpenAthens account that matches the service affiliation of your MTF.

If not assigned to an MTF, choose the OpenAthens account that matches your service affiliation.

Choose the OpenAthens account that matches the military service affiliation of the MTF.

Choose the DHA OpenAthens account.

Choose the DHHQ OpenAthens account.

Choose the OpenAthens account that matches the service affiliation of your MTF.
 
If not assigned to an MTF, choose the OpenAthens Account that matches your service affiliation.
