About Us

William Beaumont Army Medical Center is a tertiary hospital and clinical system that serves the military beneficiaries and Veterans of the El Paso area. The beneficiary population is approximately 65k and our mayor recently awarded Fort Bliss with a key, noting that we are the retiree capital as far as population.

Mission

The mission of the GME at WBAMC is to train physicians, medical students, and other health care professionals. This mission is met by placing equal emphasis on patient care, teaching, and research.
