Verification Training Requests

For Requests From 1996 to Present:

• For those who trained under our sponsorship, all requests for verification of GME training (internship, residency, fellowship) should be sent to ncctrng@usuhs.edu.
• Verifications are completed in the order received, and our office requires 7-10 business days for completion of the request.
• An email receipt will be provided to the sender, once a request is sent to our office.
• Verification requests could include outside employment, further GME training, and unrestricted medical licensure, etc.
