If you disagree with the final determination of a Freedom of Information Act request, you have the right to an administrative appeal of the final decision. Your appeal must:
- Be in writing.
- Be postmarked within 90 calendar days of the date on the final response letter.
- Cite the initial DHA case number.
- Be clearly marked "Freedom of Information Act Appeal" on the outside of the envelope.
